Kindergarten

For 5 year olds (Must be 5 before February 28th of the school year they are in Kindergarten)

The Edelweiss Kindergarten is well known for providing children with the tools they need for reading, writing and reasoning while enhancing independant thinking. The program is full of fun educational experiences to prepare children for Grade 1.

Alberta Education provides funding for students who are transported by their parents and who reside 2.4 km or more from the school. This funding is given to Edelweiss and is reimbursed to parents provided that the necessary documentation is completed at the start of the school year. The amount per student for the 2007/2008 school year is $499.
